DIFFERENTREGARD Custom Design Service Policy

Acknowledgment of Custom Design Services and Policies 

By requesting a custom appointment, whether prepaid or as a walk-in, and receiving custom design services from DIFFERENTREGARD, I, the customer, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These custom design services include, but are not limited to, the provision of design ideas, pictures, and concepts, styling advice, taking measurements, selecting fabrics, fabric and/or trim sourcing, and accessing other resources.

Fees for Services

I understand that once I engage with DIFFERENTREGARD for custom design services, I will
be charged a full or partial price for these services. This charge is in recognition of the effort, time, and resources allocated by DIFFERENTREGARD to fulfill my custom design needs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

I acknowledge that if I change my mind after making a purchase and decide to cancel my
order within the policy timeframe, I am entitled to a refund according to
DIFFERENTREGARD's custom policy regarding refund timelines. However, I understand that
a designer fee of 20% of the purchase price or up to $300 will be deducted from my refund. This fee compensates DIFFERENTREGARD for the company's time and resources spent on my custom design project.

Reading Company Policies

I agree to thoroughly read all DIFFERENTREGARD's company policies and the order process before engaging in any transactions. I understand that some policies may vary based on the retail location, including the services provided and products sold.

Consent

By proceeding with a custom design service request at DIFFERENTREGARD, I signify my full
understanding and agreement with these terms. I acknowledge that this policy serves as a
binding agreement between myself and DIFFERENTREGARD, ensuring a clear understanding of
the expectations and responsibilities of both parties.
